Return Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or store credit. Please see below for more information on our return policy.



All returns must be postmarked within five (5) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. Customized products can not be returned.

We request all our customers to make a video while they unbox our packages so that they can claim the defects or issues in their product. This will be feasible for both ends and the company could process the return/exchange process sooner. 


Return Process

To return an item mail us at or WhatsApp us on +91-9549970839, place the item securely in its original packaging. 

Reverse pick up will be done from our side where ever feasible. The return shipping charges and a restocking fee for that will be borne by the customer.

Please Note

● The customer will bear the return shipping charges. The amount will be deducted from your return to cover return shipping charges as per standard shipping charges.

● A Rs. 129 restocking fee will be charged for all returns or partial returns on orders below Rs. 2999 and a Rs. 229 restocking fee will be charged for all returns or partial returns on orders above Rs. 2999. 

● If the customer takes their refund as a store credit, no restocking fee will be charged.

In extreme circumstances, you may be asked to send the products through a reliable courier if a reverse pickup facility is not available in your area. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.



The following items cannot be returned: 

● accessories 

● customized products
